Job summary

Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society is seeking a part-time Clinic Assistant (TCM) to support our Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners in Singapore. You will help with patient registration, appointment scheduling, basic record-keeping, and ensuring smooth daily operations across the clinic to deliver quality care to patients.

The role requires accuracy and reliability, with an hourly rate and flexible hours to support our charitable mission.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to support the clinic's charitable mission.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient registration and appointment scheduling.
• Prepare and dispense herbal medicine prescriptions accurately according to TCM physician's instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment.
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as record keeping and inventory checks.
• Provide friendly and respectful service to all patients.
