Job summary

MyDoctor Group in Singapore is seeking a Part-Time Clinic Assistant to support front-desk operations and patient care across multiple clinic locations.

You will assist clinicians during consultations, handle basic medical claims submission, dispense medications, and manage transactions with accuracy.

The role requires the ability to multitask under pressure, work independently or in a team, and travel between Admiralty, Balestier, Canberra, Choa Chu Kang, and Lakeside.

Qualifications

• Interest in healthcare and patient care.
• Computer-literate with basic IT skills.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to commence work at short notice.
• Willing to travel between multiple locations ( Admiralty, Balestier, Canberra, Choa Chu Kang, Lakeside).

Responsibilities

• Perform basic clinical duties at the front counter.
• Submit medical claims (TPAs, CHAS, MediSave)
• Dispense medications accurately.
• Handle transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist doctors during consultations (e.g. ECG, wound dressing, nebulisation, translation support).
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Clinic Manager or doctors.
