Job summary

Live Well Chiropractic Singapore invites a friendly Clinic Assistant and Receptionist to join our busy Sengkang clinic. You will warmly welcome patients, manage the front desk, handle appointment bookings, patient registrations, and enquiries (walk‑in and phone), and assist chiropractors with patient preparation and clinic flow.

This is a part-time position at $12–$13/hour with a minimum commitment of one weekend shift plus one weekday half shift per week.

Qualifications

• Warm, people‑oriented, and genuinely service‑mindful
• Organised and detail‑oriented
• A team player who can also work independently when needed
• Comfortable with basic IT and admin tasks
• Able to commit to at least 1 weekend shift and 1 weekday half shift weekly
• Prior experience in healthcare is a bonus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and managing the front desk
• Handling appointment bookings, patient registration, and enquiries (walk‑in and phone)
• Supporting chiropractors with patient preparation and clinic flow
• Managing billing, cashiering, and general administrative tasks
• Keeping daily clinic operations running smoothly
