Job summary

MY CHIROCARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly and energetic Full-Time Chiropractic Assistant in Singapore. You will support chiropractors, manage patient flow, handle payments, and maintain a welcoming clinic environment to ensure a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or clinic settings is a plus.
• No experience required - full training will be provided.
• Fluent in English and good communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients.
• Answer phone calls and emails.
• Manage patient flow and appointments.
• Check patients in and out and handle payments/transactions.
• Assist chiropractors with daily clinic operations.
• Keep the clinic clean, organized and presentable.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
