Job summary

PHOENIX MEDICAL GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Part-time Clinic Assistant to support patient care, vendor liaison, and daily clinic administration.

Duties include taking height/weight and blood pressure, eye tests, ECGs, recording parameters, basic registration, packing medicines, scanning documents, tidying the clinic, and stock replenishment; weekend shifts (2 Saturdays) and 3 weekdays are required, paid hourly 12–14 SGD.

Qualifications

• Minimum 'O' Levels or equivalent.
• Experience in clinic/healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and staff.
• Strong organizational and computer literacy abilities.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Part-time Clinic Assistant who can proactively address issues that arise in patient care and vendor liaison as well as to assist in the daily administrative operations of our clinic.

Job Scope includes and is not limited to:

• Taking patient's height and weight
• Taking blood pressure
• Conducting eye tests
• Perform ECGs.
• Checking and recording patient parameters
• Basic patient registration
• Packing and fetching medication
• Scanning documents
• Tidying the clinic and replenishing stock in the doctor's room
• Other general clinic support duties as required

Part-time (ad hoc basis):

• 2 Saturdays
• 3 weekdays (schedule can be discussed)

Pay:

• Weekdays: $12/hour (9:00am - 5:30pm, 1:00pm-2:00pm break/clinic closed),
• Saturdays: $14/hour (9:00am- 1:00pm)

Job Requirements;

• Minimum 'O' Levels or equivalent
• Relevant experience in clinic / healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and specialists, as well as the public.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided.
• Computer literate/savvy
• Able to work on weekends
