Nanyang Technological University invites applications for a Part-Time Lecturer for DF5002 Cinematography 2 in the School of Art, Design and Media (ADM).

The successful candidate will teach an undergraduate core course starting January 2027, guiding students from concept to final output, including screenwriting, production, post-production and color grading. A Master’s and/or PhD in Cinematography or related field is preferred, with undergraduate teaching experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• Relevant advanced degree in Cinematography or a related field.
• Previous undergraduate teaching experience is preferred.
• Experience supervising student film projects from concept to final cut.

Responsibilities

• Teach DF5002 Cinematography 2 to undergraduates.
• Guide students through screenwriting, production, post-production and color grading.
• Oversee student projects and color grading to support FYP work.
• Contribute to course development and assessment.
