Job summary

NEW FUT KAI VEGETARIAN RESTAURANT in Jalan Besar, Singapore is seeking a part-time administrator to support AR/AP, payroll, and HR admin tasks. The role requires QuickBooks experience and good Microsoft Office skills, with AGHRM experience preferred.

You will work 3–4 days per week, 6 hours per day (9 am – 3 pm), with staff meals provided. The ideal candidate is meticulous, can work independently or in a team, and has at least 2 years of administrative/HR experience in the F&B sector.

Qualifications

• 2 years of admin/HR experience in F&B
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
• AGHRM experience preferred
• Meticulous, organized and detail-oriented
