Job summary

The Singapore Disability Sports Council invites an experienced Technical Director to lead para swimming's high performance pathway, aligning with Los Angeles 2028 and Brisbane 2032 targets. The role shapes the programme from development to elite, integrating coaching, sport science, and athlete support.

You will build a world-class coaching framework, design performance plans, and drive classification-informed athlete development while collaborating with the High Performance Manager to grow

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement a world-class high performance programme grounded in coaching, sport science and sport medicine practices.
• Develop quadrennial and annual Performance and Pathway Plans with clear benchmarks.
• Establish Daily Training Environment standards to support elite development.
• Integrate sport science, sport medicine, strength and conditioning, and psychology into training design.
• Set, monitor and review KPIs for the national squad against targets and competitors.
• Develop selection criteria and measurable performance standards including squad entry and Games selection.
