Job summary

Singapore Disability Sports Council (SDSC) is seeking a Pathway Manager to lead athlete development in preparation for the ASEAN Para Games 2029. You will manage a portfolio of para sports, implement performance plans, and support para athletes throughout their competitive journey.

We are looking for candidates with strong experience in sport administration and a background in para or disability sports, ensuring a strong competitive representation for Team Singapore at major events.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in high performance sport administration, athlete development, or programme management.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets and programmes in a sports context.
• Working knowledge of para sport systems including IPC classification and WADA anti-doping requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead para sports management for the ASEAN Para Games 2029.
• Develop and implement performance plans for assigned sports.
• Identify and develop para athlete talent across assigned sports.
