Job summary

The Chinese Swimming Club in Singapore seeks an experienced swimming coach to plan and deliver structured swimming programmes for various levels. The role involves monitoring progress, preparing athletes for assessments, and working closely with the Head Coach to ensure programme alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching or coaching experience.
• Able to conduct programmes across different swimming levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured swimming programmes.
• Monitor and evaluate swimmers’ progress with feedback.
• Prepare swimmers for assessments and competitions.
• Work closely with the Head Coach to align with objectives.
