Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant teaching experience (advantageous).
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication skills with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee a structured swimming pathway from beginner to competitive levels.
• Coach senior and competitive squads with training plans and race strategies.
• Lead and mentor coaching staff with training and performance reviews.
• Establish and enforce coaching standards, safety protocols, and best practices across programmes.
