Job summary

MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD. invites applications for a contract pantry and coffee services coordinator. Based at our Singapore facilities, you will manage daily coffee machine operations, pantry upkeep and social hub activities for staff.

You will handle stock, conduct regular counts, liaise with service vendors for maintenance and ensure safety and hygiene standards; experience in hospitality and inventory control is preferred with WSQ Food Safety and Customer Service certificates required.

Qualifications

• Valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certification.
• WSQ Customer Service certification or equivalent.
• Experience in pantry operations, hospitality, facilities support.

Responsibilities

• Carry out opening checks to ensure coffee machines are powered on, clean and stocked.
• Replenish coffee beans, milk, tea, sugar, cups and lids.
• Monitor water, waste, and machine alerts; log faults and service follow-ups.
• Maintain Pantry and Social Hub cleanliness and stock; handle inventory counts.
• Coordinate with service vendor for maintenance and replacements.
• Provide staff guidance on machine use; assist with notices as needed.
