Zusammenfassung

National University Hospital is seeking a Pantry & Coffee Station Attendant for a one-year contract at our Level 6 facilities. You will operate coffee machines, manage pantry areas, and support social hub activities during scheduled hours.

Responsibilities include daily checks, restocking, cleaning, inventory control, vendor liaison, and staff assistance. A WSQ Food Safety Level 1 certification and strong communication are required; prior pantry or hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certification.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills for record keeping, stock counts and communication.
• Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with staff, vendors and NUH representatives.

Aufgaben

• Carry out opening checks for coffee machines to ensure they are powered, clean and stocked.
• Replenish consumables such as coffee beans, milk, chocolate powder, tea bags, sugar, stirrers, cups and lids.
• Monitor water supply, drip trays, waste containers, milk refrigeration components and machine alerts.
• Perform routine cleaning and document faults and downtime in logs.
• Record faults and follow up with service vendor; escalate issues to NUH HR.
• Keep Pantry and Social Hub clean, safe and tidy; sanitise touchpoints and surfaces.
