Job summary

JOYWAY PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is recruiting for a one-year contract role to manage coffee machine operations, pantry and social hub upkeep, and inventory administration for Level 6 facilities.

You will perform daily opening checks, replenish consumables, maintain cleanliness, record faults, and coordinate with NUH HR and service vendors. The position runs Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm.

Qualifications

• Valid WSQ Food Safety Level 1 certification.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills for record keeping, stock counts and communication.
• Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with staff, vendors and NUH representatives.

Responsibilities

• Carry out opening checks each workday to confirm machines are powered on, clean, stocked and ready for use.
• Replenish consumables (coffee beans, milk, sugar, tea, etc.) where applicable.
• Monitor water supply, waste containers and machine alerts.
• Perform routine cleaning using approved agents; do not perform repairs.
• Record faults and service follow-up in the log.
