Job summary

SAMWOH CORPORATION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks dedicated staff to manage pantry operations and keep the office clean. You will prepare beverages for management and visitors, maintain pantry hygiene, and ensure utensils are clean and stocked for daily use.

Work is five days a week, 8:00am to 5:30pm, in an indoor office environment. Company transport is provided to designated pick-up points, including lunchtime transport, with a friendly and supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and beverages for management and visitors.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry area.
• Wash and keep pantry utensils, cups, and serving items clean.
• Replenish pantry supplies, beverages, and consumables as required.
• Clean and maintain office workstations, meeting rooms, reception area, pantry, and common areas.
• Dust and wipe office furniture, desks, shelves, glass surfaces, and office equipment.
• Ensure office premises remain clean, neat, and presentable at all times.
• Assist with the preparation of refreshments for meetings and company events when required.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
