Job summary

POP PADEL PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven leader to oversee academy programs, coaching, and player development, reporting directly to the CEO.

You will plan events, ensure safety and compliance, and manage communications with players, parents, and staff, guiding club-wide initiatives and strategy. Responsibilities include designing structured training for all ages, running group and private lessons, and coordinating tournaments with sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct coaching lessons (groups and private), clinics, and workshops
• Stay updated with the latest padel techniques and trends
• Take part in regular coach meetings to discuss strategies and improvements
• Oversee padel tournaments, leagues, and social events
• Promote and market events to attract participants and spectators
• Collaborate with sponsors and partners for event support
• Ensure that safety protocols and guidelines are followed on and off the courts
• Stay informed about local regulations and standards related to sports facilities
• Report to the CEO on program performance and objectives
• Maintain open and effective communication with players, parents, and staff
• Collaborate with the management team on club-wide initiatives, strategy and goals

Job description

Job Scope and Responsibilities as a Direct Report to the CEO:

1. Academy

• Conduct a padel program catering to players of all ages and skill levels
• Implement structured training and coaching programs for beginner and intermediate players
• Design specialized programs for recreational play

2. Coaching and Player Development

• Conduct coaching lessons (groups and private), clinics, and workshops
• Stay updated with the latest padel techniques and trends
• Take part in regular coach meetings to discuss strategies and improvements

3. Event Planning

• Oversee padel tournaments, leagues, and social events
• Promote and market events to attract participants and spectators
• Collaborate with sponsors and partners for event support

4. Safety and Compliance

• Ensure that safety protocols and guidelines are followed on and off the courts
• Stay informed about local regulations and standards related to sports facilities

5. Reporting and Communication
