Job summary

LAGUNA GOLF ACADEMY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated junior golf coach to own and grow a busy academy program. You will develop an engaging junior pathway, deliver high-quality group sessions, and help players progress term to term across all ages and abilities.

You will work with a supportive coaching team, run camps and events, and build strong relationships with parents while focusing on participation, enjoyment, and long-term development.

Qualifications

• PGA Professional or equivalent recognized golf coaching qualification.
• Experience coaching juniors in a group or academy setting.
• Strong communication skills with both juniors and parents.
• Enthusiastic, engaging, reliable, and well-organized approach to coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the junior program, camps and events across all age groups
• Run structured, engaging group sessions with clear progression in place
• Drive growth through retention, referrals, and new student intake
• Build strong relationships with parents and create a positive programme culture
• Support school initiatives and beginner pathways into the academy
• Work closely with the coaching team on scheduling, operations, and class structure
• Contribute to the ongoing development and organization of academy programmes

A coach who genuinely enjoys working with juniors and wants to take ownership of a growing program within a busy academy environment. This role centers around continuing to develop an already strong, engaging junior programme, delivering high-quality group sessions, and ensuring students develop term to term. Youfll be working with juniors of all ages and abilities, from complete beginners through to developing players. The focus is on participation, engagement, and building a clear pathway for juniors coming into the game.
