Job summary

STAMFORD CATERING SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Packing Manager to oversee end-to-end packing and dispatch in our high-volume central kitchen division. You will ensure meals, menu items, and catering equipment are accurately packed, temperature-controlled, and dispatched on time for events and clients.

The role requires 3–5 years in food packaging or kitchen operations, strong HACCP knowledge, and leadership skills to drive team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in food packaging, warehouse management, or kitchen operations in catering/hospitality/food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills for fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with inventory software and automated packing/labeling systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the packing floor daily workflow and coordinate with kitchen production and dispatch.
• Ensure meals, menu items and equipment are packed accurately, correctly portioned, and securely sealed.
• Maintain HACCP/ISO hygiene and safety standards in the packing area.
• Manage packaging materials inventory and coordinate equipment maintenance.
• Train, schedule, and develop packing staff to maximize throughput during peak hours.
• Coordinate with drivers and logistics to optimize delivery routes and minimize spoilage.
