Job summary

X-Press Feeders in Singapore is seeking a Manager, Line Management responsible for the P&L of a service with vessel provision. The role demands entrepreneurial drive, capital stewardship, and strategic oversight to grow the service across multiple strings.

You will lead cost efficiency, optimize yields, and coordinate with marketing, operations, and legal teams to navigate routes, bids, and customer contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in maritime business or business management.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in shipping line involving in trade.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full P&L responsibility and optimise cost and yield.
• Select ships and negotiate port calls to maximise profitability.
• Monitor vessel performance, bunker use, and TCD alignment.
• Manage contracts, claims, and disputes in coordination with legal.
• Develop trade routes and market opportunities; adapt to market changes.
• Collaborate with marketing and clients to secure demand and pricing.
