Job summary

X-Press Feeders in Singapore seeks an Executive/Senior Executive, Line Operations to ensure safe planning and cost-efficient vessel operations. You will liaise between Vessel Masters, Line Management, and location agents on operational, schedule and capacity matters.

You will assist in vessel selection, execute voyage instructions on chartered ships, optimize stowage, monitor reports, and support bunker coordination. The role requires 2+ years in shipping operations and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Maritime Studies or university degree.
• 2 years shipping operations experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Stowage planning experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Line Management in vessel selection for loadability and suitability.
• Execute voyage instructions on chartered vessels and ensure procedures.
• Maximize vessel stowage with safe operations and crane balance.
• Plan stowage to meet DG segregation and safety regulations.
• Monitor vessel reports and alerts; assist with timely actions.
• Coordinate bunkering operations with local agents.
• Support berth window planning with port agents to avoid delays.
• Screen special requests and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee day-to-day operational matters of assigned vessels.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Head of Operations.
