Job summary

BRAN RECKAYMENDS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Live Stream Admin / Personal Assistant to support our growing team in Singapore. The role blends remote daytime work with on-site presence during night streams, ensuring smooth operations and quick issue resolution.

You will manage the livestream backend, assist with admin tasks, liaise with customers and merchants, moderate our Telegram group, and travel overseas for international events as needed.

Qualifications

Full-time availability and night-shift readiness.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn backend livestream systems.

Responsibilities

Learn and manage the livestream platform backend system.
Provide on-site backend support during live streams (3–4 hours per session).
Monitor and troubleshoot live stream issues in real time.
Liaise with customers and merchants for support and after-sales matters.
Moderate the company Telegram group.
Assist with administrative and coordination tasks.
Travel overseas for international live stream events.
