Job summary

JAC Recruitment seeks an experienced Overseas CEO for a rapidly growing international F&B franchise group with extensive cross-border operations. You will own overseas business performance, supply chain strategy, and regional growth initiatives across Southeast Asia and beyond.

The role requires strategic leadership, hands-on execution, and a proven track record in franchise development, cross-border teams, and international expansion in a dynamic consumer environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in business, management, or related discipline.
• Extensive leadership experience in regional or international operations within retail, F&B, or multi-site businesses.
• Proven track record in overseas market expansion and franchise management.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue growth and operational performance.
• Experience managing large cross-border teams and multi-country operations.
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication for internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, performance, and growth of overseas operations.
• Translate corporate objectives into regional business plans.
• Drive revenue growth and market share across international markets.
• Oversee franchise operations and ensure consistent execution of standards.
• Oversee sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities across SEA and other regions.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and lead strategic projects like partnerships or acquisitions.
• Build relationships with government agencies, landlords, and industry stakeholders.
