EVOLUTION ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD.

is seeking a dedicated Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, manage schedules, and ensure work complies with project specifications and safety standards in Singapore. You will coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment, review drawings and method statements, and lead a multinational workforce to achieve timely, quality-oriented project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction supervision, preferably on overseas projects.
• Knowledge of WSH regulations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure project schedules are met.
• Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Review drawings, method statements, and work instructions; guide site teams.
• Monitor workmanship to meet project specs and quality standards.
• Plan site resources to minimize delays and material wastage.
• Prepare daily progress reports and highlight risks/delays.
• Lead and supervise site workers, ensuring productivity and safety.
