Job summary

VRL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee on-site activities, align work with project plans and specifications, and drive timely, budget-conscious completion while maintaining safety norms.

You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with project managers to optimize schedules and resources, conduct site inspections, enforce safety protocols, and report progress to stakeholders with clear, professional updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant construction supervision experience.
• Valid Driving License.
• Completion of Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
• Flexibility to work in shift patterns including Night and Day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on-site construction teams to deliver project milestones on time and within budget.
• Coordinate daily construction activities in strict accordance with project plans and specifications to ensure quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and adjust schedules, allocate resources effectively, and monitor overall project progress.
• Enforce safety protocols rigorously, fostering a proactive safety culture among all workforce members.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify, report, and resolve construction issues promptly, minimizing delays and risks.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with project stakeholders to address concerns and provide timely updates on project status.
