Job summary

Evolution Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Construction General Foreman to oversee daily site operations for building and civil projects in Singapore.

The role requires strong leadership to manage workers, subcontractors, materials, and equipment while ensuring safety and adherence to project specifications and WSH requirements. You will supervise formwork, rebar, concreting, lifting operations, and coordinate crews to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction site supervision or as a General Foreman.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities including rebar, formwork, concreting, lifting operations.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet schedules.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and method statements.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and WSH requirements.
• Prepare daily progress reports and report delays, risks, or safety concerns.
• Lead and motivate site workers to uphold safety, productivity, discipline and workmanship.
