Job summary

INFO-TECH SYSTEMS LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Outsource Accounting Executive to join our Outsourced Accounting team. You will manage the accounting functions for a portfolio of clients, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

In this fast-paced, client-focused role, you will collaborate with internal teams, leverage cloud accounting software, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality accounting services and deliverables for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 1-2 years of relevant bookkeeping or accounting experience in accounting firms or outsourced accounting environments.
• Preferably ACCA, CPA, or CA qualification.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client portfolios and deadlines.
• Good understanding of SFRS and Singapore regulatory compliance.
• Experience with cloud accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate transactions and timely updates.
• Process accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and other adjustments.
• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Liaise with clients to obtain information and provide updates on deliverables.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and GST/tax filings, ensuring accuracy before delivery.
• Prepare Unaudited/ Group Unaudited Financial Statements and XBRL.
• Prepare accounting schedules for audit and support external auditors.
• Manage multiple client portfolios by prioritizing workloads and meeting deadlines.
• Utilize cloud accounting software and digital tools to improve workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality outsourced accounting services.

You will manage the accounting functions for a portfolio of clients, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain full sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and updated in a timely manner.




• Process accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and other accounting adjustments.




• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.




• Liaise with clients to obtain accounting information, resolve bookkeeping queries, and provide timely updates on deliverables.




• Prepare monthly management accounts and schedules, corporate tax computation, GST reports and other statutory filings, and ensure its accuracy and completeness before delivering to clients.




• Prepare Unaudited/ Group Unaudited Financial Statements and XBRL.




• Prepare accounting schedules for audit purposes, maintain organized accounting documentation, and support external auditors during annual compliance exercises.




• Manage multiple client portfolios effectively by prioritizing workloads and ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.




• Utilize cloud accounting software and digital tools to maintain efficient bookkeeping processes while identifying opportunities for workflow improvements and automation.




• Collaborate with internal teams, including accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate secretarial, to deliver high-quality outsourced accounting services and exceptional client support.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline




• 1-2 years of relevant bookkeeping or accounting experience in accounting firms or outsourced accounting environments




• Preferably professionally certified with ACCA, CPA, or CA qualification




• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client portfolios and deadlines effectively




• Good understanding of SFRS and Singapore regulatory compliance




• Experience with cloud accounting software
