Job summary

CLA Global TS Holdings PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support the Director and Associate Director in engagement pitching and client onboarding.

You will manage a portfolio of outsourced accounting clients, ensure timely deliverables, and serve as a primary liaison on routine accounting, reporting, and operations. You will prepare and review full sets of accounts, consolidated reports where applicable, coach junior staff, liaise with auditors and tax agents, and

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CA Singapore, ACCA or CPA preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in outsourced accounting or professional services.
• Experience in consolidation work and investment/fund related accounting is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of full-set accounting, month-end closing, financial and management reporting.
• Good understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and local statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in Xero, MYOB and ERP systems will be advantageous.

• Review work prepared by associates and senior associates to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Guide and support junior team members through coaching, work allocation, review comments and on-the-job training.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial teams and other external stakeholders as required.
• Participate in ad hoc assignments, system implementation, automation initiatives and internal improvement projects.
• Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance technical knowledge and service delivery standards.

• Review work prepared by associates and senior associates to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and client requirements.
• Guide and support junior team members through coaching, work allocation, review comments, and on-the-job training.

• Proficiency in accounting software, cloud-based platforms, and ERP software such as Xero, MYOB, or similar systems will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client service skills.
• Meticulous, organised, accountable, and able to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
