Job summary

MINDSG Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Programme Officer (Outreach and Engagement) to work with assigned centres to run outreach and engagement programmes for PWIDs and their caregivers, collaborating with community partners and volunteers.

You will design and implement activities with the multidisciplinary team including psychologists, social workers, and therapists, ensuring safety and inclusivity in community spaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, or Community Services or related fields.
• At least 2 years working experience.
• Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish professional networks with local community and volunteers.
• Plan, implement and evaluate outreach programmes and curricula with the MDT.
• Run daily operations and activities at the Centre’s Community Inclusive Space.
• Coordinate recruitment, deployment, training and appreciation of community stakeholders.
