Job summary

MINDSG LTD is seeking a Programme Officer (Outreach and Engagement) to drive interaction between the community and clients with intellectual disabilities. The role involves coordinating outreach activities, building partnerships with volunteers and grassroots organisations, and guiding centres and volunteers in programme execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, or Community Services or related fields with at least 2 years working experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach activities and engage clients, caregivers, and community partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with volunteers and local stakeholders.
• Lead programme planning, implementation and evaluation in collaboration with the team.
• Oversee daily operations at the Community Inclusive Space/Drop-in Centre.
• Ensure safety and well-being of participants during activities.
