Job summary

MINDSG LTD in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager of Community-Based Support Services (CSS) to lead planning and delivery of Befriending and Respite initiatives for PWIDs, and to mentor Programme Executives toward client-centric outcomes.

The role bridges service gaps, develops community outreach plans, manages risk and budgets, and collaborates with other organisations to design responsive programmes.

Responsibilities

• Manage programme risk, quality and compliance.
• Develop programmes to suit client needs.
• Review programmes for relevance and future needs.
• Oversee programme quality control and compliance procedures.
• Review client, caregiver and volunteer records and progress.
• Monitor programme expenses to stay within budget.
• Review information materials for clients and volunteers.
• Determine volunteer needs and profiles for programmes.
• Organise volunteer events, activities and trainings.
• Recruit and manage volunteers for programme activities.
• Collaborate with organisations to develop programmes.
• Manage communications and feedback from stakeholders and junior staff.
• Develop community outreach plans to target client groups and the community.
