Job summary

MINDS in Singapore seeks an Assistant Manager of Community-Based Support Services to lead Befriending and Respite initiatives, including Empowering Bubbles and Support Transition and Engagement Programme, to integrate Persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (PWIDs) into the community.

You will mentor Programme Executives, manage programme risk and budget, and collaborate with voluntary welfare organisations to expand inclusive services for PWIDs and their caregivers.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Disability/Allied Health/Mass Communications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
• Experience in volunteer management or community programmes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee risk, quality and compliance of programmes.
• Develop and review programmes to meet client needs.
• Coordinate budget monitoring and expenses for operations.
• Recruit, manage volunteers and liaise with partner organisations.
• Engage communities and stakeholders to expand programmes.
