Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Outlet Manager to lead daily floor operations and elevate service standards in a high-end hotel environment. You will mentor a team, coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping, and oversee shift management to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

You will develop talent, conduct onboarding and ongoing SOP training, and drive a culture of proactive guest engagement while maintaining strict health, safety and hygiene practices.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a managerial position in a 4/5-star hotel.
• Strong English skills, both written and verbal.
• Motivated, flexible, and eager to learn.
• Strong leadership and people management and training skills.
• Guest oriented with attention to service standards and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: maintain service standards, engage guests, resolve feedback, ensure safety and hygiene.
• Daily Operations: lead shift briefings, coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, front office and engineering.
• Leadership & Talent Development: interview, onboard, mentor, and develop team performance.
