Job summary

Hawkers Street is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to drive profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced food court environment. You will oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and staff performance, while ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.

You will collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, plan rosters, and work closely with the outlet chef on menu planning. Excellent communication and team leadership are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in food court / coffee shop.
• Minimum ‘O’ level or Diploma in F&B service or equivalent.
• Willing to be involved in hands-on operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the business performance of the outlet.
• Perform roll call daily prior to operating hours to highlight issues and motivate staff.
• Analyze and plan for outlet sales levels and profitability.
• Work with marketing to organize promotional events and discounts.
• Plan duty rosters and menu planning with the outlet chef.
• Manage staff and provide feedback; respond to customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
• Check stock levels and order supplies; coordinate payroll and accounts closing as needed.
