• 2-4 years in a managerial position in a 4/5-star hotel.
• Good English skills, written and verbal.
• Motivated and commit to learning and improving performance.
• Flexible and responsive to changing requirements and tasks.
• Maintains high team focus through cooperation and support.
• Strong leadership, people management and training skills.
• Guest oriented with ability to build and exceed service standards.
• Knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labour controls, beverage menu writing, maintenance, merchandising, computer and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Drive Service Excellence: hands-on presence on the restaurant floor during peak hours to ensure brand standards and SOPs are met.
• Proactive Guest Engagement: address guest feedback promptly and implement improvements based on feedback.
• Maintain Safety & Compliance: uphold Health, Safety and Hygiene standards across the area.
• Smooth Shift Management: lead shift briefings, handovers, and floor coordination with Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office and Engineering.
• Resource & Rostering Planning: prepare shift rosters and manage resources according to volume and events.
• Revenue & Cost Control: promote a sales mindset and help manage departmental costs without compromising quality.
• Coach & Onboard: assist with interviewing, hiring, and SOP training for new team members.
• Develop Talent: mentor team for future growth and performance.
• Transparent Communication: keep the team aligned on goals and hotel news.
