Job summary

YOUNG (YANG) TCMWELLNESS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Retail/Spa Manager to lead frontline staff, drive service excellence, and ensure smooth daily operations of the outlet.

You will manage scheduling, enforce policies, staff training, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards while working to meet sales targets and deliver superior customer experiences. Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and people management abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Must communicate with English and Chinese speaking customers.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day activities of staff to ensure coverage and assign work.
Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
Ensure staff training and certification as required and provide tools.
Oversee outlet operations for efficiency.
Deliver good and prompt service to satisfy customers.

Job Description

Manage the day-to-day work activities of the employees to ensure proper coverage, and plan and assign work
Communicate and enforce policies and procedures
Ensure all staff are properly trained, and certified as required, and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job
Oversee the daily operations of outlet for efficient operations
Ensure good and prompt service to satisfy customers' needs
Ensure outlet compliance to all authority regulations including but not limited to hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety guidelines
Ensure outlet compliance to Company’s regulations such as sales reporting, cash management and inventory control
Drive & exceed individual & store targets
Provide excellent customer service
Lead and supervise frontline staff, conduct briefing sessions on company procedures and policies
Evaluate sales and work performance of frontline staff
Ensure frontline staff are well trained in their service delivery, sales techniques, and product knowledge
Guiding and training new staff members to promote internal growth

Job Requirements

Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good leadership and people management skills
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Managers specializing in Sales - Retail / General, Spa and Wellness would be a plus
Full time/permanent position
Able to commit to working retail hours on weekdays (10.45am-9pm) and weekends/public holidays (9.45am-6pm)
Must be able to communicate with English & Chinese speaking customers (to provide consultation and recommend suitable treatments to English and Chinese speaking customers.)
