Job summary

DI YI TCM PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on manager to oversee daily outlet operations in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise frontline staff, ensure policy compliance, and drive sales while delivering excellent customer service in English and Chinese.

The role is full-time, requires retail hours including Sundays and public holidays, and offers benefits and career progression opportunities in a health and wellness setting.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
Experience in sales, retail, spa or wellness sectors is a plus.
Full-time/permanent role.
Able to work retail hours including Sundays and public holidays.
Must be able to communicate with English & Chinese speaking customers.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day work activities of employees to ensure proper coverage, plan and assign work.
Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
Ensure staff training and certification as required, with necessary tools and equipment.
Oversee daily outlet operations for efficiency.
Provide good and prompt service to satisfy customers.
Ensure outlet compliance to authority regulations including hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety guidelines.
Manage sales reporting, cash handling and inventory control for the outlet.
Drive and exceed individual and store targets.
Provide excellent customer service.
Lead and supervise frontline staff; conduct briefing sessions on procedures and policies.
Evaluate sales and work performance of frontline staff.
Ensure frontline staff are well trained in service delivery, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
Guide and train new staff to promote internal growth.

Able to commit to working retail hours on weekdays (10.45am-9pm) and weekends/public holidays (9.45am-6pm)
Must be able to communicate with English & Chinese speaking customers (to provide consultation and recommend suitable treatments to English and Chinese speaking customers.)
