Job summary

The Loco Group Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager or Assistant Outlet Manager to lead a flagship venue in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will bring proven F&B management, strong leadership and a passion for guest connection to drive outstanding service and financial targets.

You will supervise daily operations, mentor staff, optimize floor flow and table turns, execute pre-service briefings, and implement SOPs, safety, and brand standards while delivering

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, manage floor flow, engage with guests, handle feedback professionally, and set the standard for vibrant hospitality.
• Drive pre-service briefings, mentor floor staff, and foster a high-performing, positive, and accountable team environment.
• Manage seating flow, optimize table turn times, and coordinate private events with precision.
• Drive sales initiatives (upselling), control labor costs, manage stock inventory, and minimize wastage to hit business targets.
• Enforce strict compliance with SOPs, food hygiene, workplace safety and The Loco Group brand standards.
• Assist with or manage rostering, inventory audits, operational reporting and central coordination.

Whether you are an experienced Outlet Manager ready to run a flagship venue or an ambitious Assistant Outlet Manager ready to step into leadership, you bring proven management experience in F&B, strong leadership, communication and floor management skills, a genuine passion for guest connection, team development and high-energy service, and drive to balance exceptional hospitality with operational and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, manage floor flow, engage with guests, handle feedback professionally, and set the standard for vibrant Mexican hospitality

• Drive pre-service briefings, mentor floor staff, and foster a high-performing, positive, and accountable team environment

• Manage seating flow, optimize table turn times, and coordinate private events with precision
