We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Outlet Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant café and tapas bar. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations, maintain service standards, lead the team and deliver an excellent dining experience to our guests.
Assist the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, café and tapas bar
Lead, supervise and motivate the Front of House team to maintain high service standards
Ensure efficient opening and closing procedures, cleanliness and overall outlet presentation
Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally
Monitor table service, reservations, guest satisfaction and overall dining experience
Support staff scheduling, manpower deployment and daily briefings
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements
Monitor inventory, stock levels and wastage, and assist with ordering and stock-taking
Assist in achieving sales targets, beverage sales and upselling goals
Train staff on service standards, menu knowledge and product recommendations
Minimum 2–3 years of F&B supervisory or management experience
Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills
Hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Good knowledge of wine and steak is highly preferred
Confident in handling guests and resolving service issues
Able to train and develop junior team members
Sales-oriented with good upselling skills
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Demonstrate good knowledge of wine, wine service and basic food-and-wine pairing
Good understanding of steak cuts, cooking temperatures and doneness
