Job summary

Chongqing Spicy Hot Pot Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced outlet operations leader to drive business results and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage inventory and costs, and ensure strict compliance with SOPs and safety standards in a busy restaurant environment. The role requires strong leadership, bilingual English and Mandarin communication, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in F&B operations, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers, employees and stakeholders.
• Experience in Fujian or Cantonese cuisine restaurant operations is a plus.
• Proven leadership, people management and coaching capabilities.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
