Job summary

Floor Melody Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive/Sales Executive to drive growth in residential and commercial flooring projects.

You will build relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors and developers, follow up on inquiries, prepare quotations and close deals while coordinating with operations and installation teams. Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, plus the ability to work independently and meet targets,

Our product range includes Axione Wood, vinyl flooring, timber flooring, WPC decking, carpet, tiles, vinyl sheet flooring, wall panels , as well as installation and floor maintenance services. We have served more than 2,000 customers , installed over 3 million square feet of flooring , and built strong working relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, developers and commercial clients. As we continue to expand in Singapore and Southeast Asia, we are looking for motivated and results-driven individuals to join us as: Business Development Executive Sales Executive

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the residential and commercial markets
• Build long-term relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, developers, property owners and corporate clients
• Follow up on enquiries, prepare quotations and convert leads into confirmed sales
• Conduct product presentations and recommend suitable flooring solutions based on customers' requirements and budgets
• Arrange showroom appointments, site measurements and project discussions
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business and referrals
• Work closely with the operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project coordination
• Monitor market trends, competitors and potential business opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Provide regular updates on completed tasks, ongoing negotiations and upcoming opportunities
