Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage material control activities for planned and unplanned maintenance outages at power plant sites.

You will expedite deliveries, coordinate shipping documents, and oversee inventory for serialized parts and consumables. Role requires a Diploma in Logistics or Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or Engineering with 3+ years in supply chain/logistics.
• Proficient in MS Office; good communication and problem-solving skills.
• ERP/WMS knowledge and exposure to manufacturing or heavy equipment environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material control activities for maintenance outages and warranty works at power plant sites.
• Expedite and track material deliveries to ensure site readiness and timeliness.
• Manage shipping docs and liaise with freight forwarders for customs clearance and inland transport.
