Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to identify opportunities and drive adoption of Arthrex solutions among orthopedic surgeons, operating theatre staff, and other stakeholders.

You will participate in after-hours on-call rotation (compensated with case allowance) and work with a dedicated team across Sales, Clinical Support, and Customer Service. In this role you will build strong customer relationships, provide clinical and technical support, develop territory sales plans, and lead

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Physiotherapy, Nursing, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in a similar field.
• Orthopedic implant sales experience is a plus.
• Professional experience in Sports Medicine or Orthopaedics is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory sales strategy to achieve annual targets by managing existing accounts and converting new customers.
• Develop and track territory sales plans, pipeline, and performance using sales tools.
• Drive new product launches and lead generation, including tender participation and hospital group management.
• Build strong customer relationships, identify needs, and promote appropriate product adoption.
• Provide clinical and technical support to HCPs, including OT support and product guidance.
• Ensures surgical readiness (instruments/implants) and forecasts supply requirements.
• Maintains deep product knowledge and uphold compliance, professionalism, and company representation.
