About the Role

Inthisrole,youwillenjoyday-to-dayinteractionswithOrthopaedicSurgeons,OperatingTheatrePersonnel,andwithfellowArthrexcolleaguesfromSales,ClinicalSupport,CustomerService,RegulatoryAffairs&QualityAssurance,MedicalEducationandOperations.Theindividualmustalsobewillingtoparticipateinafterofficehoursandweekendon-callworkonarotationalbasis(compensatedwithcaseallowance).

Key Responsibilities

• Executeterritorysalesstrategytoachieveannualtargetsbymanagingexistingaccountsandconvertingnewcustomers
• Developandtrackterritorysalesplans,pipeline,andperformanceusingsalestools
• Drivenewproductlaunchesandleadgeneration,includingtenderparticipationandhospitalgroupmanagement
• Buildstrongcustomerrelationships,identifyneeds,andpromoteappropriateproductadoption
• ProvideclinicalandtechnicalsupporttoHCPs,includingOTsupportandproductguidance
• Ensuresurgicalreadiness(instruments/implants)andforecastsupplyrequirements
• Maintaindeepproductknowledgeandupholdcompliance,professionalism,andcompanyrepresentation

Requirements

• Degree/DiplomainPhysiotherapy,Nursing,Businessorrelatedfield
• Min.3yearsrelatedexperienceinsimilarfieldpreferred.
• Orthopedicimplantsalesexperiencewillbeaplus
• ProfessionalexperienceinSportsMedicineorOrthopaedicsisanaddedadvantageous
• Proactive,wellstructureandindependentworkingstyle,withahighsenseofresponsibilityandreliability
• Abilitytoquicklyformstrongcustomerrelationshipsandmanagecustomerexpectations
• Excellentteamplayerwithstrongcommunicationandpresentationskills
