Job summary

The Product Manager will shape portfolio strategy, coordinate launches, and collaborate with regional and global teams to accelerate market growth while supporting healthcare professionals through education and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–4 years PM or marketing experience in medical devices/orthopaedics.
• 6+ years sales experience in sports medicine/orthopaedics/related medical specialties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies across SEA.
• Lead product launches and campaigns aligned with objectives.
• Act as liaison between Arthrex Inc., APAC teams, distributors and regional stakeholders.
• Deliver product education and technical training to internal teams, distributors, and clinicians.
• Support commercial teams in identifying market opportunities and customer needs.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and opportunities to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Marketing, Operations, and Commercial teams for registrations and launches.
• Support medical education events, workshops, and surgeon engagement activities.
• Monitor product performance and provide sales/market insights.

Product Manager | Southeast Asia, Hong Kong & Taiwan

As a Product Manager, you will lead product planning and marketing initiatives for your assigned portfolio, partnering closely with regional and global teams to deliver successful product launches, drive market growth, and support healthcare professionals through education and training.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies across the SEA region
• Lead product launches and marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
• Act as the key liaison between Arthrex Inc., APAC teams, distributors, and regional stakeholders
• Deliver product education and technical training to internal teams, distributors, and healthcare professionals
• Support commercial teams in identifying market opportunities, customer needs, and product growth initiatives
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to drive business decisions
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure successful product registrations and launches
• Support medical education events, workshops, conferences, and surgeon engagement activities
• Monitor product performance and provide ongoing sales and market insights

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Science, or a related discipline
• 3-4 years of Product Management or Marketing experience within medical devices, healthcare, or orthopaedics
• 6+ years of Sales experience within Sports Medicine, Orthopaedics, Arthroscopy, Endoscopy, Arthroplasty, or related medical specialties
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into business opportunities
• Comfortable working across diverse markets and cultures throughout Southeast Asia
