Job summary

Arthrex in Singapore seeks a Clinical Nurse Specialist to support the Commercial/Sales Team’s business interests and drive technical and surgical excellence across Arthrex’s product portfolio through professional, exceptional customer experience. The role involves daily interactions with Orthopedic Surgeons, Operating Theatre Personnel, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
Minimum 2 years Operating Theatre experience as an Instrument Circulating or Scrub/Scout Nurse.
Professional experience in Sports Medicine or Orthopedic is an added advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide competent technical and clinical support to Surgeons in the operating theatre.
Guide Surgeons and Operating Room staff in safe, effective Arthrex product use.
Ensure instruments and implants are ready before each surgery.
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and promote Arthrex products.
Identify customer needs and address pain points, passing leads to Sales.
Maintain knowledge of Arthrex product lines, updates and surgical techniques.
Adhere to compliance policies at all times.
