Job summary

• The Institute of Management Strategy is responsible for management research and improvement. Its scope includes organizational design, policies and processes optimization, information efficiency improvement, and other management initiatives based on the company's strategic needs.
• - Work closely with internal stakeholders to grasp the company's strategic intent, and support the planning and execution of organizational globalization programs and operational initiatives across location and talent strategies, and related cross-functional areas.
• - Partner with stakeholders across functions to align on objectives, and analyze the feasibility and implementation roadmap of globalization initiatives to inform project delivery.
• - Translate business needs into clear execution plans, define key milestones and risks, and ensure timely, high-quality follow-through on operational deliverables.

Qualifications
