You will work with clients across APAC, leading engagements, identifying work beyond org charts, and shaping the future of work through human and agent design.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years' experience in HR organisational design, workforce design or change management.
• Experience in consulting firms, advisory firms, or large APAC in-house teams preferred.
• Familiar with HCM systems and processes.
• Ability to lead redesign projects for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify work scope with clients beyond org charts.
• Redesign human and agent organisation structures.
• Translate designs into HR systems with consultants.
• Lead engagements with enterprise clients.
