Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced L&D leader to design and oversee leadership development programmes across multi-site operations in Singapore. You will partner with senior management to align initiatives with business goals and talent strategies, and you will drive measurable improvements in leadership capability.

The role includes budget management, coordinating with regional teams and external providers, leading the L&D team, and shaping processes to deliver high-impact

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Min. 10 years of experience in L&D, Training & Development, Leadership Development or similar.
• Strong experience in designing and managing leadership training programmes.
• Experience working with senior management and multiple stakeholders.
• Regional or multi-site experience is an advantage.
• Prior team management experience is preferred.
