Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable Order Processing specialist to handle customer orders and ensure accuracy in the system. You will prepare quotations and support sales and purchasing activities.

You will liaise with customers to clarify requirements and provide timely updates, and coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and proper record keeping. The role offers hybrid working hours with one day work-from-home per week.

Qualifications

• Degree holder preferred.
• Prior experience in order processing and quotation preparation is required.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Working hours include 8:30 am–4:00 pm with 1 day work-from-home per week.
