Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a contract Order Processing Clerk to handle material orders, quotes, and ERP data entry. The role requires a Diploma in Business Studies and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with Oracle and MS Office skills considered an advantage. Be prepared for a monthly rotating standby schedule on weekends and public holidays.

Working hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and the position offers a completion bonus at six months.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Oracle system and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organized and resourceful team player.
• Available for monthly rotating standby schedule on weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for materials from sales staff or direct customers’ contacts.
• Provide price quotations and complete order sheets based on the item list.
• Distribute order sheets to respective suppliers.
• Log order information into ERP system (Oracle).
• Other duties as assigned.
